We are excited to share the latest updates from our ongoing projects. This week has been productive, and we’re eager to let you in on the progress we’ve made.
Sunroom Project: Progress Report
Our team has been hard at work on the Sunroom Project, and we’ve made significant strides:
Rough Wiring and Insulation: We’ve completed the rough wiring, ensuring that the electrical framework is in place and ready for the next stages of development. Alongside this, we’ve also finished insulating the space to enhance energy efficiency and comfort.
Exterior Siding and Trims: The exterior siding and trims have been installed, giving the sunroom a polished and sturdy exterior. We chose high-quality materials to ensure durability and a visually appealing finish.
Base Layer of Wainscoting: We’ve started building the base layer of the wainscoting, which adds a touch of elegance and charm to the interior. This feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides additional protection to the walls.
Knotty Pine Ceiling Boards: One of the standout features of this project is the installation of knotty pine ceiling boards. These boards bring a rustic and warm feel to the space, making it a cozy retreat for any season. The natural grain and knots in the wood add character and a unique touch to the sunroom.
Douglassville Garage: Nearing Completion
In addition to the Sunroom Project, we’ve also wrapped up work on the Douglassville Garage. We took some stunning exterior pictures to showcase the completed structure.
Topsoil and Lawn Installation: While the garage itself is finished, we are holding off on installing the topsoil and lawn due to the current hot and dry weather conditions. Once the weather cools down, we will proceed with planting grass to ensure a lush and green lawn that complements the new garage.
