We’re kicking off a full house exterior remodel this week! A full demo of old siding, lath, stucco, sheathing and fiberglass insulation down the the studs will allow us to establish a new building envelope from the back of the drywall on out. It’s all in the details! The new finishes will be James Hardie siding, Marvin windows and trims, ProVia doors, ROCKWOOL insulation, Benjamin Obdyke Inc. – Roof & Wall Products hydroGap underlayment and Huber Engineered Woods Zip R sheathing.
