This week marked the start of several new projects for the team at Marvel Builders, Inc., and we’re excited to officially get moving on each one.
One of the larger interior projects now underway is a bathroom remodel. The demolition phase has already started as we begin removing the old finishes and preparing the space for its transformation. Bathroom remodels are one of the most rewarding projects because they combine functionality, craftsmanship, plumbing, electrical work, tile work, and finish details all into one compact space. Careful planning in the early stages helps everything come together smoothly later in the project.
We also started work on a cedar screen room repaint project. Cedar requires proper prep work and the right products to ensure long-term durability and appearance. Over time, weather and UV exposure can wear down exterior wood finishes, so keeping these spaces maintained is important both aesthetically and structurally. This project will help restore the natural beauty of the screen room while extending the life of the wood surfaces.
Outside, work also began on a concrete patio extension project. Expanding outdoor living spaces continues to be a popular investment for homeowners who want more usable space for entertaining, relaxing, and spending time outdoors. We’ll be sharing completed photos of this project once the final product is finished.
