This past week, the Marvel Builders crew tackled critical work on two fronts. In Gilbertsville, we continued framing and HVAC work, including prepping and pouring a concrete pad for new LG HVAC equipment. This detail ensures long-term support and a clean, level install. Over in Wyomissing, we responded to a sagging garage storage area by installing new LVL support beams and exposed posts to correct excessive deflection. The project involved temporarily removing the overhead garage door, completing the structural work, and reinstalling the door—all with a tight turnaround. Thanks to our material partners at AD Moyer for making timely delivery happen, keeping our schedule sharp. Whether it’s new builds or structural saves, we’re always focused on doing it right.
