This week at Marvel Builders, Inc., we’ve been all over the map—finishing, refining, and starting fresh across multiple projects.
In Pottstown, we’re excited to say that the DiamondKote siding install is officially complete! This full exterior upgrade gave the home a durable, low-maintenance finish with a bold, modern look. It turned out beautifully and really elevated the curb appeal.
Meanwhile, our crew is still working at the log cabin project in Malvern, where we’re remodeling the bathroom and enclosing the open stairwell to give the home a more polished, cozy layout. This week we’re prepping a hand-selected log that will be installed as a corner post—a rustic detail that ties in perfectly with the home’s original character.
Up in Telford, we just broke ground on a minor kitchen remodel and living room facelift. This freshen-up includes new countertops and backsplash, a new pass-through opening between the kitchen and living room, and a whole-house paint refresh. It’s a great example of how even modest updates can dramatically improve flow, light, and everyday comfort.
