From interior finishing work on a barn renovation in Gilbertsville to rooftop equipment preparation for a commercial clean room project in Pottstown, our focus remains the same: quality workmanship and getting the details right.
Gilbertsville Barn Renovation: Preparing for Paint
Our ongoing barn renovation in Gilbertsville has reached another important stage.
With insulation and drywall work behind us, we’ve moved into paint preparation and primer application. Our crew has also been laying out and cutting in ceiling locations for the lighting fixtures.
These steps help bring the finished interior into focus. Proper surface preparation is essential for a quality paint finish, while careful lighting placement helps ensure the completed space is both functional and visually appealing.
It’s rewarding to see this project transition from rough construction into the finishing stages.
Pottstown Commercial Project: Rooftop Equipment & TPO Roofing
Meanwhile, in Pottstown, our crew has been working on the rooftop preparation for an upcoming commercial clean room build.
This week’s work involved constructing rooftop curbing for the rooftop HVAC units (RTUs) and integrating those curbs with the building’s TPO roofing system.
These details are critical. Rooftop equipment penetrations must be properly constructed and flashed to maintain the integrity of the roofing system and protect the building from water intrusion.
By addressing these details during the preparation stage, we’re helping establish a solid foundation for the specialized construction work ahead.
