At Marvel Builders, every week brings a different challenge, and that’s one of the things we enjoy most. Whether we’re creating a custom bathroom, installing a new paver walkway, or transforming another part of a home, our goal is always the same: build it right the first time.
A Bathroom Remodel Finally Gets Its Finishing Touch
One of our favorite recent bathroom remodels in Barto is officially complete. Like many custom projects, we had to wait for a special-order shower glass enclosure to arrive. Once it was installed, it completely transformed the room.
The rain glass provides privacy while still allowing plenty of light into the shower, and the black hardware ties together the rest of the bathroom’s finishes for a clean, modern appearance. Sometimes it’s those final details that make the biggest impact.
Building a Better Foundation in Phoenixville
Our crew also recently completed a Belgard paver sidewalk project in Phoenixville. While beautiful pavers get most of the attention, the real key to a long-lasting installation is everything underneath them.
We began by removing the existing broken concrete sidewalk before installing a new 4-inch compacted stone base. From there, we poured a new 4-inch concrete slab to create a stable, durable foundation before installing the Belgard pavers.
There are many ways to install pavers, but we believe investing in a solid base helps produce a walkway that will stand up to years of use while maintaining its appearance.
Two More Bathrooms Underway
We’re also making excellent progress on two bathroom remodels for a great family in the Pottstown 19465 area. These projects involve a significant amount of detailed tile work, careful planning, and finish carpentry.
Bathroom remodeling is about much more than installing new fixtures. Every measurement, waterproofing detail, layout decision, and finish selection matters. Taking the extra time during these stages helps ensure the finished product not only looks beautiful but also performs well for many years.
