This week marked a major milestone as we moved into the final phase of an ongoing office remodel. With most of the heavy lifting behind us, the focus shifted to finishes that define how the space will perform day-to-day for years to come.

One of the biggest upgrades this week was replacing the existing carpet tiles with new commercial-grade carpet tiles. This isn’t just a cosmetic improvement—it’s a practical one. Commercial carpet tiles are designed for durability, easy maintenance, and long-term flexibility. If a section ever becomes damaged or stained, individual tiles can be replaced without tearing up the entire floor. That’s a smart investment for any active office environment.

Alongside the flooring, we continued wrapping up the cove base installation, which provides a clean transition between the walls and floor while also protecting the walls from daily wear, cleaning equipment, and foot traffic. It’s a small detail that plays a big role in both durability and finished appearance.

We also began installing new door frames and door slabs, another key step toward a cohesive and professional final look. New doors improve function, acoustics, and visual consistency throughout the space—especially in an office setting where privacy, durability, and clean lines matter.

At this stage of the project, it’s all about precision and execution. These finishing elements may not be flashy on their own, but together they transform the space into a polished, professional environment built to last.

We’re excited to be in the home stretch and look forward to sharing final photos once everything is complete.
