At Marvel Builders, we’re making big progress on our Gilbertsville barn remodel project. This week, we installed a multi-layer insulated LVP floor system complete with a built-in vapor barrier. Not only does this add comfort underfoot, but it ensures the space will stay warm, dry, and protected against moisture issues.
The benefits of this system go beyond comfort—by controlling temperature and moisture, it also helps the newly installed LG whole-house HVAC system operate more efficiently and reliably. That means our client will enjoy lower energy costs and a barn that’s comfortable in every season.
We also started installing doors, an exciting milestone in any remodel. Doors don’t just close off spaces; they add structure, define rooms, and make the project start to feel like home.
