This week took the Marvel Builders team across the map with a little bit of everything—repair work, fresh installs, and new beginnings.

In Phoenixville, we returned to a home we worked on a few years ago to address some recent wind damage. We replaced a section of fascia that had come loose in the storms and took care of some woodpecker damage to a custom PVC circle-top trim piece we previously installed. While the scaffolding was up, we also repainted a gable vent, giving that elevation a nice visual reset.

Out in Geigertown, we installed a beautiful new LVP floor. What makes this one extra special is the homeowner’s personal involvement—he’s handling all the trim work himself! We love seeing our clients take ownership of their space and add their own finishing touches.

In Douglassville, we kicked off a deck refresh project that’s shaping up to be a real showstopper. We’re installing Trex Ropeswing composite decking paired with black railings and black rim boards for a clean, modern contrast. The old stair system was on its last legs, so we’re reframing it entirely to bring it back better and stronger.

No matter where we are, the commitment to quality and craftsmanship remains the same. More progress to come next week!
