Spring is definitely in full swing, and so are we here at Marvel Builders. This week brought a nice variety of projects—some fresh starts, some exciting progress—and, of course, the usual juggling act with Mother Nature’s unpredictable mood swings. Rain drops and chilly mornings? Nothing we haven’t danced around before.
Deck Expansion & Trex Prep
We broke ground on a new deck expansion project this week, getting everything laid out and ready for the installation of Trex decking and railing. If you’ve followed us for a while, you know we’re big fans of Trex for its durability, low maintenance, and clean finish. Once it’s in, this outdoor space will be the perfect spot to soak in the warmer weather—whenever it decides to show up for good!
Pottstown Garage Remodel – Concrete Floor Poured
Over at the Pottstown garage remodel, we hit an important milestone: the concrete floor is poured and curing. This is a key step that really shifts the momentum of a project, and we’re excited to move into the next phases soon. It’s always satisfying to go from dirt to a solid surface—it makes everything feel real.
Pottstown Patio Project – Outdoor Space Taking Shape
Not far away, we also poured the patio slab for our other Pottstown project. Between the two jobs, we’ve been bouncing back and forth—carefully coordinating schedules, concrete deliveries, and weather windows. It’s always a bit of a puzzle in the spring, but seeing the results makes it all worth it.
Whether it’s framing, finishing, or just hustling through the drizzle to get things done, there’s never a dull momentaround here. And that’s just how we like it.
Stay tuned—we’ve got more updates coming soon as the season really kicks into gear.
